Day 1 From Kigali to Volcanoes national park
Your two days Gorilla trekking Rwanda begins with an early morning game drive departure from Kigali. From there, you will meet your driver guide who will take through the whole safari. You will transfer to Volcanoes national park.
You can choose to spend your afternoon at the lodge relaxing, or exploring the surrounding areas. So You visit the local community as you enjoy views of the volcanoes
As you be waiting for the next day, your guide will take you through the program for the following day about the gorilla trekking, what to do and what not do
Day 2 Gorilla trekking then return to Kigali
Early morning wake up for your early breakfast as you head to Kinigi park headquarters for registration and the briefing. So visitors are then allocated to gorilla families and there accompanied by experienced guides
The trek will take you through the savannah forest and slopes of Virunga mountains to search for habituated mountain gorilla family. This duration varies depending on where the gorillas may be located and the terrain
Spending time with these creatures offers the opportunity  to spend time with them. The visitors are only allowed for a maximum of 1 hour with these gorillas. Immediately after the trek you will return back to your starting point and meet your driver guide as you will plan to get back to Kigali
