A Detailed 7 Days Rwanda Safari Itinerary
Day 1. Â Arriving at Kigali international Airport and Transfer to hotel
Starting your first day of 7 days Rwanda Safari, a tour guide will  pick you right from Kigali National Airport, you will identify him by carrying your names. Then the guide will transfer you to your booked hotel in with in Kigali city. You will refresh, have dinner and also spend the night

 Day 2 Move  to Akagera Nationall Park and have an evening boat cruise
On the first day of your tour, a professional Rwanda safari guide will pick you up from Kigali, either at your hotel or upon arrival at the airport. After a warm welcome and briefing, you will embark on a scenic drive of approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to Akagera National Park.
Upon your arrival, you will enjoy lunch before taking some time to relax as you prepare for an afternoon boat cruise. The boat experience on Lake Ihema offers excellent opportunities to sight see  hippos and crocodiles in the water, while elephants and buffaloes are often seen along the shores.
After the boat safari, you will proceed to your pre-booked accommodation for check-in, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3 : A morning game drive and transfer to volcanoes National Park
In the morning of your 3rd day, you will be served breakfast. After, you will have an exciting game drive with the savannah plans that will last for 4 hours . On your game drive with the savannah plains, expect to see the big five animals like the lion, buffalo, rhinos, elephant and buffalos. Some of the other species include giraffes, Zebras, Topis, hynas and others. So then after the morning game drive, you will have lunch and embark on your journey to the Volcanoes National Park. You will reach at your booked lodge in volcanoes national park probably in the evening.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes national Park (7 days Rwanda Safari)
Early morning after breakfast, your guide will pick you up from your lodge to the park headquarters for a short briefing on what to do and not to do during your gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National park. Then after the park ranger will take you to the trekking transfer point. Groups of eight people spend roughly 2 to 6 hours trekking through the jungle and bamboo forest, accompanied by armed ranger guides. However, only one hour (60 minutes) is allowed for observing the mountain gorillas. The duration of the trek can vary depending on the movement of the gorilla groups, but in Rwanda, they tend to travel shorter distances, making the trek relatively easier. Then you will walk back to the headquarters where you meet the tour guide to take you back to the lodge

Day 5 : Trekking golden Monkeys then transfer to Nyungwe forest
Early morning after breakfast, you will go to the side of the monkey for your gorilla trekking in volcanoes national park were they co-exist with the mountain gorillas. These golden monkeys have got a unique character as they can easily be identified by its color. Again the park warden will be to brief before trekking. The park has got two troops of golden monkeys in Rwanda with the biggest found in Mount Sabinyo as it has got 80-100 monkeys and is the most visited park. After the trekking you will be driven to Nyunguwe forest national park and you will be taken to your accommodation

Day 6 : Chimpanzee trekking and Canopy walk in Nyungwe forest National Park.
Early Morning you will have breakfast and then be taken to the park headquarters to start the chimpanzee trekking experience. The Chimpanzee’s can be seen jumping from the tree at the high speeds as they be making noise, as your trekking you can take many pictures as possible. So after the trek , you return to your trek start point where you meet the driver guide for a transfer to the hotel for lunch and relaxation. In the evening, you will take a canopy walk in Nyungwe forest for about 2 hours. Then you will return to the hotel for a relaxation and Diner. You spend your night at your accommodation
